La finale du meilleur apprenti-pâtissier de France a réuni dix candidats à l’institut des métiers de Clermont-Ferrand en juillet dernier. Le thème était: Saisonnalité, terroir d’avenir.
Léo BISSON qui représentait la région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté est arrivé quatrième, une excellente performance pour notre chevannais.
les candidats étaient jugés selon trois critères: travail en laboratoire, dégustation et présentation.
